  Waited 35 minutes in a line up out the door today, it's the norm here due to very poor management.
  
  The workers are quick and do the best they can, but who ever is managing this tims should do all of douglasdale a favor and go manage a booster juice location were there is next to no foot traffic.

  Whomever is in charge of ordering stock for this location needs to step up their game. I've come here on 5 consecutive Saturday/Sundays to be told each time that they don't have any eggs for their breakfast sandwiches. Once or twice I can understand, but for it to be a constant problem is indicative of someone not doing their job.

  Very very busy in the morning but they can sure get the drive though customers in and out quick. Don't recall every having an issue with quality. Coffee like any Tims can be hit or miss. A dual drive though might help speed things up but even as it is they do a great job here.
