  Great experience as usual. We returned a desktop that we didn't need about 3 months after we purchased it. Customer service gave us a store credit in the form of a gift card with no problem. I took my daughter to the cafeteria upstairs for lunch and we had a great time. I do appreciate the little details that Ikea notices, such as having stools for the kids in the washrooms and even free diapers if needed. We come here regularly and the experience is very consistent.

  They have some very cool selections to browse from. I bought a bookshelf and a chair from them a few months ago (in December)...the assembly was simple and easy to do.
  
  The quality was quite good but not the highest, so that's why they're receiving a 4 star, otherwise 5 star for customer service and support, highly recommend!

  relatively inexpensive but quality items. Also It has great restaurant (which does not sell boring burgers and fries). I don't give it 5 star because sometimes the items that are on display are out of stock.

  Its Ikea. Nothing here that you wouldn't get anywhere else. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is that I really, REALLY hate putting together their furniture. If you plan on furnishing your house with Ikea, do yourself the biggest favor ever. Go to a Home Depot and buy a cordless drill and a simple drill bit set. Thank me later.

  Fun to browse. Great for when you're shopping with your kids. Lots for them to do and see.
  I like that you can drop your older children off at the play place, but the time limit is too short. I feel like I'm always rushing back to get them, and haven't had time to shop nearly long enough.
  The cheap food and yummy ice cream are also perks :o)
