  My first impression when I walked in was that the place was very dirty. The floors were all muddy and had garbage laying around. I had a gut feeling not to order anything here but I ignored that feeling because I was hungry. I wish I didn't because as I ordered my food, I watched the girls in the back prepare my food without washing their hands first or putting on gloves. It made me feel sick to know she's been touching my food with bare hands. Sick!!! A&W should have a policy which they have their employees wear gloves while preparing someone's food!!! I'll goto Popeyes next time where they wash their hands and put on gloves immediately before they prepare any food for customers.

  Probably the worst food quality in the area and at A&W's in Calgary.
  
  I've seen staff here handle money and food with the same gloves and I've gotten moldy food. I understand they'd want to save money, but they compromise quality and repeat business.
  
  For a quick snack or meal, take your business elsewhere.

  Foods like any other store but they have messed up on my drive thru order for the third time today. They can't seem to get their breakfast orders right. Today my sandwich was missing meat. The other two times I got the wrong meat. I called the manager after today's incident. She handled it well. Said she will review the video of who was serving me at the drive thru and try and fix the prob for future. Also offered to replace my entire order for next time.

  Server's attitude is alright. She forgot to ask what kind of bun I wanted and that failed me cuz I didn't get what I wanted.
  
  She didn't ask what's the price on the coupon I had at the drive-thru even though I told her myself... I was still charged regular price and I only realized it hours later. Other than these problems above, the hash brown was crispy and fresh.
