  Been to this Starbucks a few times and the older staff seems to be abrupt and rude. No smiles when taking orders and will not accommodate minor order changes. They need to remember that smiles go along way even through busy times.

  The lady working at Starbucks is stupid. I asked for half the amount of syrup in my latte and she charged me for an extra shot. She asked for my club card number because I was also buying a carton of eggnog but on my bill I didn't get the sale and my card number wasn't on it. She also had an extremely hard time answering my simple questions about the lattes. Not very impressed.

  I ordered an orange mango smoothie and got a banana smoothie yet the cup said orange mango. The guy was in training i think cuz he sure sucks.
