  Very poor customer service, staff are rude and unattentive. The other negative reviews here by Gavin Dunbar and others are 100% correct. I've given this place numerous chances, but I will not be returning to this Mr Sub location again.
  
  The final straw came today...(I was the only customer in the store, as usual, when this happened) When I went to pay for my food it was less than I expected, and I noticed they had missed part of my order. I pointed out what was missing and the staff member refused to correct it. I thought maybe they misunderstood, so I tried to just order the missing item again. For some reason they would not add the rest of the order, and insisted I pay for what was there. No excuse was given, it just seemed like they didn't want to go through the trouble of changing the order or grabbing the extra food. I eventually had to leave my food sitting on the counter as they would not give me the rest of the order or ring it up on the till. Very frustrating experience. There's a reason this place is always empty.

  A greeting and a smile? Too much to ask.
  An attentive server who listens to your answers? Too much to ask.
  Consistent delivery of standard menu items? Too. much. to. ask.
  
  This particular Mr Sub appears to be "operated" by the same two people each work day. So it's baffling that one can't get a consistent sandwich prepared. With a business model based on step by step instructions from the customer it's amazing how much of an inconvenience we seem to be ; "how dare you add banana peppers to your sandwich, even though I asked if you wanted anything else on it".
  Why only one staff member is trained on the register makes the billing experience as frustrating as making it clear that you just do NOT want tomatoes on your sandwich. Overall Mr Sub, your foothills industrial is letting down your brand.

  smooked meeat sanwitch was cold with very thin meat quantity. They were lost. It dont whort it.

  Girl was rude could careless about my order. Literally she didn't even cut the sub all the way through and just piled all the vegetables and meat on it so sloppy and just drizzled sauce on top of it and gave it to me like a hot dog...didn't ask of i wanted warmed up. This was awful. 16th ave subway is WAY better.
