  This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in all my years of going to Calgary restaurants. I have never seen such awful and downright disgusting behaviour from a restaurant manager before. I really wish there was a zero star option because even one star is too much for this terrible place. I had to post this review here because service like this should never be tolerated by anyone.
  
  One of the people at our table was served water. Halfway through her drink (once the ice had melted) she realized that there was a dead fly at the bottom of her glass. When we mentioned it to our server, she just took the glass and left, no apologies offered. We thought that maybe she had not seen the fly in the water but the next thing we see is her looking at the bottom of the glass with one of her colleagues at the bar. Again, she didn't come up to our table and apologize. She simply pretended that nothing had happened. When she came with the bill at the end of our meal and we asked her if she had seen the fly, she acted like this was not a big deal at all. When we asked to see the manager, that's when things went from bad to simply appalling.
  
  The manager came up to our table and asked what the issue was. When we mentioned that there was a fly in one of our drinks, instead of saying sorry her response was that 'oh we cannot really control the flies here.' When we pointed out that the fly was at the bottom of the glass which would imply that it might have been there when the drink was served, her response was 'are you trying to imply that my server deliberately gave you a drink like that.' At this point, to say that I was quite speechless at the manager's behaviour, would have been an understatement.
  
  Instead of apologizing or trying to make things better, the manager was argumentative with us and just had a terrible attitude and was extremely condescending. To make things downright disgusting and I kid you not, she actually insinuated that we were trying to get them to comp our meal using the fly issue. Apparently it is totally okay for them to serve us drinks with flies in them but if you point it out to them, the customer is trying to get a free meal.
  
  The one and only thing the staff had to do was simply APOLOGIZE. That's all we needed. Not one sorry was uttered. Instead we were argued with and basically accused of trying to get away with not paying for a meal! I have never ever seen such atrocious behaviour in a Calgary restaurant before. I would honestly advise the restaurant management to make certain that your staff (especially your managers) at least learn basic manners and then maybe go to a reputable restaurant and learn what true customer service actually is.
  
  What makes me sad is that the food was actually quite good but after this truly revolting experience, we will never set foot here again. And I will make sure that everyone I know hears about this so they won't make the mistake of going here either.

  Went here for our valentine's dinner. I love the atmosphere and the food was great. There was just a mistake on how our steaks was cooked. But when we brought it to our servers attention, the management made a real effort to make sure we'll still have a great experience and we did.

  Such a great patio and always accommodating to my vegetarian requests... I know what you're thinking, vegetarian at a steakhouse??? Get the Ravioli! Indulge in the tempura heck - add steakhouse cheese toast to the order - I'll cheers over sparkling bellinis or Italian lemonade any day - YUM!

  The meal was good, presentation was lovely, food was hot and the food service and management was great! The management staff visited our table to confirm food allergies with regards to what we ordered and they were thorough. The french fries here are amazing , which I don't think I have ever said before in a review! The best part of our order was the hot wings and beef wellingtons. We will definitely come back and will order off the appetizer menu because those two items were the star! However our teenager LOVED the teriyaki steak!
  
  Message for Management: We sat in the dinning room to the left of the front doors and I think they either had a heat problem that day or they keep that room cooler because 3 out of four of us had our jackets on and I noticed the other table to our left, the woman was wearing her big scarf. Our server didn't inquire as to why we were all in our winter jackets - which is odd. I can appreciate there might not have been anything they could do about it, but still nice to acknowledge for your staff's comfort level.
