  Lack of customer service skills. I ordered pizza on September 26th, around 8:45 PM. As mentioned by another customer here, they did not pick up the phone after several attempts. When finally I had luck, the lady wasn't professional at all. Didn't ask any details, like, topping, sauce, etc. I mentioned ranch sauce on my own, but it was missing when I brought the pizzas. She hung up abruptly, didn't mention amount I would be paying. When I mentioned to her about the phone, she was abrupt in saying it depends on number of people working. No regrets, no sorry! As if I was responsible for that. The first time I ordered pizza here, customer service was good. Now I am not going there again.

  They are open till 10 but don't answer the calls usually after 8:45pm. Not the greatest customer service either. 3 stars because of the food isn't bad.

  I went with my family and they were so sweet! I recommend it over any of the others. They have great pizza and great price.

  Why say that you are going to open at 11:00am and not actually open at that time?
  I came to Pick up 10 pizzas for a birthday party! Not a single employee on site. Doors are locked, store is closed. Off to dominoes I go!
