  Went in about 4 months ago and ordered some food. The lady who took my order was wearing gloves and then continue to make my food with the same gloves. There were times when she didn't even use the spoon to scoop out ingredients she just stuck her gloves into the food. I wrote a review on Google and the owner wanted to try and make up this experience for me. I am just disgusted by these people. The only way I would eat ever at a freshers again is if I found out that this woman had lost her job. And that freshii knows that it needs to hold up its standards better.

  They're really great. Occasionally, something gets missed from an order placed online. Nobody is perfect. On the couple times it has happened, I always get a prompt refund.

  I've been twice and each time disappointed. Typically I go to Freshii on 17th or near deerfoot mall but was excited when we got one in NE but the quality and quantity is very different. They mix the bowls together maybe to hide the lack of vegetables and chicken and overload of sauce making the bowls soggy. The 17th and deerfoot Freshii don't mix the bowls and give you a healthy amount of vegetables and meat. Too bad I won't be returning as paying $15 for a meal and throw 70% out each time is disappointing.
